Question about the Park City Silver Pass

I'm going to Park City next week and have pre-purchased the 5 day Silver Pass which lets you ski in any of the city's three resorts.

When I inquired the agent at Deer Valley reservations about how the Silver Pass works she told me that I'd have to exchange it for a lift ticket at DV, but that at PCMR and the Cannyons I could use it as is because they have a different system there and can read the Silver Pass.

So, I'm thinking the ticket itself can't be the adhesive type which has to be destroyed to be removed from the jacket.

Is it one of those that you use a plastic fastner to tie to your jacket?

In years past, it used to be on a string that you would hang around your neck. Some people do get a palstic wicket and hang it that way.
Best way to protect yourself from lost of damege, write down all the #'s on that ticket, and store in a safe place.
Then chances are if one did become lost or damage, you can get a replacement, since DV sold it to you, and they hve the 'serial #s ' on record. Even put you name and local lodging name on it.
If you park at Snowpark Lodge at DV you have to pass the ticket office on your way to the Carpenter/ Silver Lake Express. And i have also seen the lifites at those lifts, take down your information and give you a day pass, rather than turn you around back to the ticket office.

Yep, it's held on with a plastic fastener, but you also have a removable strip along the bottom of the pass which you can put in your wallet or somewhere secure which has a bar code in case you do lose it.
