Good Food in Utah

Just returned from our trip to Park City & Snowbird. There a couple particularly notable restaurants which I highly recommend:

Red Iguana (SLC): An excellent Mexican restaurant with a very extensive menu. Very very good. (Very inexpensive)

Shallow Shaft (Alta): We had the best meal we have had in a while there.(We are foodies from DC which has very good dining) The menu is varied Duck, steaks, game (Elk tenderloin & Pheasant the night we went); the best mushroom appetizer I ever had. Not a huge menu, but they had a lot of specials as well. Good wine list. This place is expensive even from a big eastern city perspective. It is worth it.

If you like German food then the Bohemian Brewery is a must. I had some of the best Bratwursts and pirogies I've ever tasted and the beers are very good. A friend of ours ordered a raspberry crepe that was big enough to feed four. They DO NOT skimp on portions. The location is near the 7700S and State Street intersection.
