is this a worthwhile ski? i'd be paying $200 for it... my main focus would be moguls so if anyone knows what type of ski this will be, please let me know. thx.

Um. If you're looking for something THAT bump specific, look at some of the mogul twins. Pretty much every ski company puts one out now. There's a Rossignol Scratch Mogul, a Head Mad Trix Mogul, a Dynastar Troublemaker Mogul. All designed to be bump skis. Twins which are not mogul specific are generally not going to perform super well in the bumps because of the wide waist, but if you pick up a bump specific twin, you'll probably score pretty well.
