Which ski?

Ok, I give up. I've been searching this forum forever and can't find the information I need.

I am looking to upgrade an older set of K2's that I've never really been that happy with. I would say by the scale everyone is using I'm a 6 to low 7 on the chart. I want a ski that will help me link turns and make me feel more comfortable at higher speeds on difficult blues or easier blacks. I'm 6'2" about 210 with a solid frame.

What should I be looking for? The K2 Omni 5.5 or the Volkl 4 stars or the Fischer RX 6? Are these skis that will help become more comfortable? Say a solid 7 or 8? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!! thanks

B2, Recon, 5 Star, Crossfire

Do you want have these skis for only groomers? If so, I'd go with the Volkl 5 Stars or even the 4 Stars (I think you'd probably grow out of the 4 Stars); however, if you want more all-mountain with bump capability and forgiveness, I'd go with the Rossi B2 or B1, K2 Apache Recon, or the Recon's little brother Crossfire. Just this man's humble opinion. Just remember to DEMO before you buy ... skis are not cheap.

Of the skis you mentioned the Fischer Rx6 is the one you are least likely to grow out of quickly. The Volkl 5 Star should also be a contender.
