I'm no expert, but that sounds pretty big for you. That ski with the 2 layers of metal and the wood core requires some pretty serious power to get the performance out it it. If you're sticking strictly to the groomers, you'll probably be ok if you're athletic and a decent skier, but off piste or in the bumps you may wish you had something shorter or softer.
For reference, I'm 5'11, 175 and found the top fuel in a 170 to be about right, but still would have liked a softer, more nimble ski in the trees. Its a ripping ski though on the groomers or in open powder. Busts through crud extremely well. I probably could have even dropped down a size (though probably wouldn't have gotten very good float in pow). I tested the Nitrous up against them and found the 170 to be perfect. Same dimensions, but a softer ski, more versitile.
