You are most likely dehydrated!
Drink all the water you can get down in the morning and at lunch.
then i have a triple shot of espresso just before I go out for the afternoon ( I know coffee is a diuretic) and then rip liked a spanked monkey!
oh & don't forget the ibuprofen.
Theraputic dose is 600mgs. (3, 200mgs tablets) 4 times a day or 2400 mgs per day.
Only take them on ski days!!
It'ss the drug of choice of an old; no aging generation!
