So, I just got back from the p.t. since my crazy SI joint is acting up again. It's been a while since I had trouble with it, but I could tell my pelvis was rotated/tilted/whatever.
Physio measures my legs, and the left one is 2 cm longer -- I knew it was a little longer, but I was thinking more like 1/4 inch, not almost 1 inch.
When I got my footbeds done a few months ago, fitter noticed that one leg was longer, but I thought it was mostly due to the tilted hip, and wanted to wait to get THAT fixed before fixing boot. Now hip is fixed, and leg is still different length --
So: do I need a heel lift in the right boot? What is the best thing to do from here? Can I try to do it myself, or do I need to go back to fitter?
