The first time I saw curling on TV I had just come in from a night of serious partying at about 3 a.m. I had no idea it was an actual sport and was laughing my ass off watching it. It looks pretty ridiculous especially since they were so serious about it.

It's dark and cold on a winter night. Perfect for watching the Olympics. In the summer it's still light and warm. I'd rather be somewhere else besides in front of the tube.
