The best ski tuning anywhere.....

(shamless plug)

I get my skis tuned by Mike deSantis, former Volkl USA Product Development Manager and Head of the race department. He now has his own tuning business attached to this shop:

Ski Shop
1000 Worcester Road
Framingham, MA 01702
(508) 875-6905

Mike knows more about Volkl's, skis in general, and especially tuning, than just about anyone in this country. He taught everybody in the current Volkl race room. And he will tune your skis! He does unbelievably great tunes, putting alot of time and effort into every ski. He really knows how to use a stonegrinder, and how to really put a consistant bevel on a ski, by machine or hand. Quite possibly the best public ski tuner in the country.

He is currently doing my used DH boards, and discovered they were bent. He is sending them back to Volkl to have them re-bent/re-cambered by the race room. Where else can do that?

Mike's the MAN!

Thanks for the reference, Kevin! I'm in Brookline so it's a straight shot out Rte. 9 to Framingham for me. When the new T50's need a tune, I'm there.

Just second'ing Red Sled's recommendation here. I don't take my skis anywhere else. I'm really impressed with their tuning jobs (and the knowledge of their sales staff as well...). First class operation.
