Copper's Gourmet Salads

I just discovered a real find at Jack's at Copper. The Gourmet Deli features salads for $5.75. Don't be tempted by the larger $8.95 size. The small is big enough. The woman who runs the stand is a food artist! She even makes the wontons herself. You get to choose three items, such as rare, sesame crusted tuna, tomato and mozerrala salad, asparagus, etc. They come with a few slices of homemade bread. Defintely better than spending 10 bucks for a bad hamburger and fries!

Those are good, you're right.

And over at the bottom of Super Bee at Copper Station, they have great lunch deals. A bunch of stuff (pasta bar, wraps, etc.) for $3.99. And the Super Bee doesn't get as crowded as the middle of the mountain at lunch. Maybe I shouldn't give away all these secrets ...
