For those off to Jackson this year, don't overlook Apres Vous mountain if you are getting great dumps of snow. The gondola into Moran Woods and on into the rolling treed steeps of Apres Vous is about as perfect as it gets. Run a few laps there when the Tram line is too long to stand...mix it up with Thunder and the trees skiers right of the gondola, and a Tram or two to the Hobacks, and it's powder heaven. That said, this was two years ago on a trip where it did, quite literally, snow every day. When the snow is less fresh and the Hobacks are sunbaked, (my only other trip to JH), the high, steep chutes offer their own brand of oh-my-god fun.
