2003 Vintage Year for BordeauxIf any of you have read the March Wine Spectator, 2003 is a vintage year, to say the least, for the Bordeaux region. Tried a couple of bottles, what we could get in Charlotte, around $20 each, and they were really nice. Strangely, totalwine.com had none of the 150 WS selections rated 90+. Bear in mind most of the 2003 is not here yet. The wine had an intense lovely rose smell, agreeable "earth" flavors, and a clean berry finish. There were negligable tannins. If you have been boycotting France, stop!: These wines are too good to miss!
I always buy French skis!
