ski cross 66 vs ski cross 9 or 10's

The 66 was ski-of-the-year in 01/02, now it's the Ski Cross 10 that has that AME homor - are these the same skis with different graphics? The specs are the same, etc.

Or is the 66 more like a 9 (lighter/quicker?)?

Thanks!

The 10 and the 66 are pretty much the same ski new look. The 9 is a little softer. I think the 9 is the better all round, all mountain ski. The 10 is a lot of ski and unless you're a big guy it'll pitch you around in bumps and steeps so it's better for mostly groomers and hard pack. The 9 is a little more forgiving.

Thanks L7.

I skiied the 178cm 10's 2 weeks ago and thought they were pretty hot in the bumps. So the 66's are the same skis different graphics? Cool - there seem to be some of those 66's around in 178 for low dollars ('cause they're 01/02's).

I would like to try the 9's before I make a final decision - I've read where they are a little quicker in short turns because the autodrive plate is plastic and not titanium as on the Skicross 10.

Thanks!
