Weather reports

I was about to wax my skis last night and checked the weather report.

Freezing rain overnight and early morning. Not too bad, it means a 2 hour trip to the Mountain instead of a 1.25 hour trip, but I can start scarving as soon as I leave the garage. Bonus - hill will be faster!

Turning to rain for the rest of the day. I hate skiing in rain. I have no waterproof pants for sitting in the lift. I hate having raindrops on my glasses or goggles, and while my ski jacket is waterproof, my daughter's winter coat ain't.

So I decide not to spend the big bucks on lift tickets and stay home, maybe go to the local hill for a couple of hours. The wife took the car shopping. I'm sitting here at home and there was no freezing rain. It's not even raining!

Please tell me it's raining in Collingwood.
