On last year's C:9's with 3.10 bindings, how do you determine if the the boot is centered, forward or rear of center? I can't find any sort of center mark on the ski or mounting plate to reference where the binding has been placed.
If it has a plate, there are 3 sets of predrilled holes accomodating mounting postions based on ranges of boot sole length. Atomic doesn't go by midpoint.
The holes for the toe piece farthest toward the rear of the ski are for boots smaller than 305mm, the center set of holes are for boots 305-340mm, the farthest forward are for boots larger than 340mm.
The heel piece holes are as follows: rear holes: boots larger than 330mm, center holes 280-330mm, holes fartheszt forward, smaller than 280mm.
I think the "DEVICE" 3.10 bindings work the same way. Is this what you have?[ November 05, 2003, 12:43 PM: Message edited by: Atomicman ]
