Last year I purchased a pair of K2 Apache X demo skis at 1/3 the cost of buying new. However, since they are demo's they have Marker 900 Speedpoint demo bindings on them so they don't use the IBX interface system which allows the ski to flex underfoot. Is the performance upgrade provided by the IBX system significant enough to justify the cost of replacing the demo bindings with the IBX system bindings? I appreciate anybody's input!
