Just checking to see if anyone got some turns in at my former home mountain/place of employment. I'm sure Midnight and Moonlight were a little rocky but 44 inches can't be wrong. Then of course theres always good ole Mr. K.

I had to back out of going. Over 1,200 people did creating a line on Challenger chair which is a rarity. The reports I got was the coverage was better than expected and you didn't sink down deep into the snow like you normally do the first day they open the upper mountain. They opened some runs off Challenger they normally don't this early in the year which is a good sign the base is in good shape. The runs off Swift Current were described as 'icy' but thats a good sign, also, since a icy base doesn't get scraped down to rock as quickly.
