You cannot get plates for Atomic skis that accept any binding. The plates come premounted from the factory. you would be redrilling the skis to mount a new plate which is insanity. there is absolutely nothing wron with the Atomic Race, Xentrix or Neox series of bindings!
The factory plate is reinforced in the proper places for Atomic bindings. if you drill anywhere else you risk not having a solid part of the plate to anchor the binding baseplate to & may be too close to existing predrilled holes.
Just get some Neox 4.12 or race 4,12, 6.14 or 10.18's depending on your needs weight wise & call it a day!
