Website on Posture, Movement and Skiing/Boarding

JP SKi and I have finished a website on posture, alignment and movement as they relate to skiing and boarding: http://www.snowsportmoves.com.

You can expand on the exercises we give by using some of Eric Franklin's books. There are other ways to work on the same thing: Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, a well designed circuit program, etc. Our stuff is pretty well accepted in the world of ballet and modern dance, plus a lot of movement studies in university curricula, but its new to skiing and boarding.

We also have a page for T Shirts, the proceeds of which support a cancer fund.

We'd like any PM's from anyone who tries it for a few weeks so we can have some feedback.

Best wishes to all!

This site is cool--thanks for sharing! I'm rehabbing a cranky ankle and using a variety of exercises to strengthen it and work on my balance too. I'll incorporate some of your exercises and see what happens when I get on the snow again next week. Of course I'll be wearing my swanky Skelly shirt while practicing!
