I'd rather take a chance that it would work and wear one, a bit of a no brainer if you ask me. I reckon those snowboarders would agree with me, particularly the dead one.

I havent seen to many people caught in slides that are in the state of mind to get it in there mouth durring the slide. Secondly most avy victims are killed by trauma not sufficaction, secondly the ones that are killed by suffication are ussually in snow packed so tight htat there mouth and nostrols are packed full and there diaphram cant expand.
While im not saying to not use one, I am saying that most of the people that use one are uppies that think it and a tranciever are a subsitute for knowledge.
