Skis with universal binding plates?

I am hoping someone can tell me which high performance skis made made over the last 3 years or so have or were available with no plates or universal plates.

I am looking for a versatile slalom type of ski that can be skied all day. I am a good, solid, aggressive 8-9 level New England skier that, although having skied for years using traditional racing technique learned and practised in the 80s, has adapted modern carving technique and loves to carve tight, medium and larger arcs at speed (when there is room). I ski on piste mostly. I am 5'6" 155lbs.

I know that the Fischer WC SC has a universal plate and I think this would be great ski for me. The other ski that I think would work is the Atomic SL9, but I have only found it with Atomic-only plates. I believe the Volkl P60 Racing SL is sold flat, so that is an option. I prefer a ski a year or two old so that I have enough $ left to bring the rest of the family skiing. Am I missing any other skis?

Oh yeah, I am looking for a universal plate so that I can mount tele bindings. Tele skiing actually got me skiing with both feet and legs and helped bring my parallel turns into the modern era.

I think Ski Haus in Reading had the SL9s with the all black universal plate.
