I am not sure who posted the tip on wind sprints but I started them about 2 weeks ago and have seen a huge jump in strength and indurance. Muscles in my glutes, upper quads, hampstrings and groin were screaming even though I have been bike and weight training. These are the same muscles groups that always were the sore ones after 2-3 days of hard skiing. I am thinking that you gave me a couple more hours per day over 5 days. That's worth a few beers to me, If I have the chance, beers on me!
