Can I modify that to mean "Long "Straight" ski"??
I'm just a snick over 5'5, and until recently, never over about 160#. I never regularly skied anything much longer that my last pair of straights which were 193 Rossi 7XK's. Mostly I stayed iin the 190 to 195 range.
I probably tried some in up to about a 207 range once or twice - just to be able to say I did it.
Phil, me on a 207 (as a regular length) back in the day was very much like you on a 223---back in the day.
I dropped all the way to 177 (The longest available length) when I bought my first shaped ski, P40 Energy SL Carver or something like that. (What an ego blow that was!!
Now on a Head Monster iM70 in 170 and I'm probably still too long for my size.
