After thinking about this for the weekend it is not right to just say it sucks without provinding a resolution to the suckyness.
#1 there should be a dealer locator.
These dealers support the brand and product by carrying them in their stores, the least Rossignol could do is give the consumer an avenue to be able to purchase them. Isn't that the whole point of selling things, to sell them. DUH !
#2 The products should have better descriptions. So all us sittting at home drooling about the new skis and the upcomming ski season can get pumped about the new product. If Rossignol themselves are not even stoked about their new product why should I. The following is from their website, how pathetic.
Expert skiers seeking the back bowls & glades. The B3 excels at eating up powder, crud and funky snow. 70% Off-Piste, 30% Piste."
#3 Do they not shell out major dollars worth of free product to their team riders, racers, etc.. I don't think it would be too much to ask that these people who receive the free product give their review and thoughts on the product they use, how they use it, where it performs best etc......
#4 I would think in this day and age a picture that can be zoomed in on, turned, or at the very least show me: TOP, SIDE, BOTTOM
I have more but this is the minimum I would expect from a large Corprate company website. There are boiler companies that I deal with that have far superior websites to Rossignols.
Rossignol are you listening??????????
