When I was living in the valley a popular early summer "earn your turns" hike was then referred to Peak 10550 which I think has been named Albright Peak. It's just north of Death Canyon. Have you skied it yet. It does not ski as steep as it looks.

My route was very much on that green line from where it crosses directly above the "k" in "Jackson Hole" moving right to left until the line does that sharp elbow turn back to the right. My little snowfield can be seen in this image just to the left of that elbow.
Yes, I've skied Albright. It's an excellent corn slope for just the kind of skiing you suggest. The little high point somewhat below and to the east of Albright is known locally as "Wimpy". It's called that because it's where many parties stop on excursions to Albright if Albright looks a little avalanchy. The parties wimp out at that point, hence the name.
