Not there is anything wrong with that of course!
Last time I checked God made adam and eve not adam and steve. If you would rather be balls deep in your boyfriend thats fine, but I can asure you the rest of us dont want to know about it let alone see it. Especially if it looks even remotely close to as bad as tandem skiing does.

Grant, your intolerance and prejudice is just amazing to behold. Do you have not even one positive thing to say here?

Your lack of inteligence to recognize sarcasim seems to be unparalled. Try finding humour in your life once in a while, you might find that your a tad less anal.

MBS, you were too subtle. Try upping it a notch.

a western thing? ...

Look ... Baker posted hiis "order of gayness" and then stated ..

that he had "the reasonable credentials".

I guess that western "ways" and regional patterns of speech need an intrpreter.

And that "tad less anal" .... even Freud could tell a cigar from a ...... Vas dat a Freudian slip of the zigar too?

Regarding my own (deep voice) .... er .... sexuality, I confess! I am a man, a man hopelessly trapped in a lesbians body.

The tandom ski can be gay or not depending on who's on it. A couple of seasons back I mounted three sets of bindings on an old pair of strait 207 K2 Velocities, and we got three of the shop girls to ski on them....it didn't seem that gay, it seemed kind of HOT at the time. Although no one else has ever skied them...may be I sould sell them to some poser on ebay.

threesome? ...

Two is tandem ....... three .... is an orgy!

Lesbians aren't gay in this context, they are HOT. Snowblades are gay. Gay as used by mtbaker is just a word that adolescent boys use as a put down. I agree with Yuki that there is a strong possibility that mtbakerskier is a latent homosexual. "***** deep in your boyfriend"? Where's that comment coming from? Yikes!

"reasonable credentials"? Unless he's acted on his gay feelings, probably not.

boats float too! ....

or ....

Not that there's anything wrong with that!

or ....

Whatever floats yer' boat; just so's it don't sink mine!

Can you imagine the poor guy standing at the bottom of the lift yelling single? How many women would see this as the ultimate bad ski pick up line. Then again, how many guys would jump at the chance if it was a hot young chick yelling single?

Harry_Morgan: I saw something stoopider once - ski ballet. Well, I guess it would be a tie.

Goosh, how 'stoopid' am I then? I did both: tandem AND ski ballet!!!

As long as you've seen the errors of your ways.

Not a whole lot of difference between a monoski and a snowboard.

There is a hudge difference between a monoski and a snowboard. A snowbard is a very usefull fun implement, and actually have some advantages, while monoboards are not very efficent, and only serve to give those seeking attention more do to there weirdeness.

Grant, I know you wouldn't touch Skiing Mag, but you ought to read the article of J Nobis on Monoskis. Of course its interesting to see a guy in a one-piece get 30 foot air on a monoboard.... Anyway, just for you, I thought you would appreciate this from the article:

Quote:
Paul Brennan, a friend of Nobis who refuses even to attempt one love, much less admit that traditional skiing can be boring, counters that "Monoskiing is so gay..."
"But 'gay' means happy" Nobis interjects. "And the French are gay, and monoskiing's French, and ...you're not French are you?"
(the above was reproduced without permission of the author. Shoot me).
