The Origins of MuscleHeadIt started in the "Suppoters Lounge". I was invited in, thankfully, by Springhill Crazie as a post had started in there about "Who does this guy think he is". They were just pounding on me, I was already a supporter but had not been in the lounge at all. You know, he stinks like an AMWAY person, blah, blah.
So when I came in and as I started to get the supporters to understand that we are for real, really care about ski racing and the members of all forums, things kinda of cooled off. Then I had the opportunity to explain that I am just a simple, jock, Ex-mil, MuscleHead (you know, thick) and that I am very slow on the up take. Especially when people are involved.
They all came to pity me and things got friendly. I was almost ridden out of here on rails, due to my bozous nature and muscleheadedness not understanding the community I had jumped into - it was my bad that started the "Snarking".
By the way, that thread is still going today and has morphed into a philosophical potpourri. It really got pretty interesting and slunk away back to the waist steering thread never to be missed. I think its worth becoming a supporter just to see this thing (I believe it is worth becoming a supporter anyway, that's why I became one, not to sell snake oil or Amway)
In the end I've met more great personalities, Bonni, Yuki, Gonzo, Springhill, SSH and more. REAL thinkers, unlike me, MuscleHead.
That's the story of MuscleHead. As requested I put the link to the stuff from before last season up on the NASTAR forum above.
