Sex and Skiing - Page 2

I love to ski. I just can't seem to get enough of it. Anytime I see a pretty mountain I immediately fantasize about how it would look stripped of its trees, and what it would be like to ski it. Just can't stop thinking about it, it occupies my mind constantly.

If I ski it relieves the desire for a short time, but then the thirst to ski comes back full force. Doesn't matter if I get a quick run in or spend all day at it, before long that throbbing desire to ski again returns with a vengeance. I don't even need to have a friend to ski with, I often ski alone just to take the edge off.

They say as I age this drive to slide will diminish. Sometimes I think it would be a relief. It's very stressful always lusting to ski.

checkracer, I think if she put it in proper English, we'd have to delete most of the words for the sake of the children...

Yes, I see a lot of Latin there. That´s one of the charms of the otherwise dead language: you might express the most harsh things and/or activities and still sound like a scientist or at least intellectual.
I once had an American friend. She was a PhD but never used words like that in situations which "we'd have to delete... for the sake of the children... ".
As always: never too old to learn...

An orgasm is just a reflex, like a sneeze.
Ruth Westheimer

Our way is not soft grass, it's a mountain path with lots of rocks. But it goes upwards, forward, toward the sun.

Talking from morning to night about sex has helped my skiing, because I talk about movement, about looking good, about taking risks.

I looked up some ski quotes and good old Doctor Ruth. Interesting and comical results.

LisaMarie, I think that being good at sex just makes you good at having sex IN the snow, not skiing ON it. One of my dearest friends is a world-class copulator, but her skiing sucks.

Actually, LisaMarie. I think you should conduct a study. I am sure a few here would volunteer.

I wish you'd finish that quote...

"which is why I carry pepper with me"

The problem with sex in the snow is that you walk back into your hotel and have forgotten to brush the snow of your jackets, then you bump into a couple of ESA instructors, but the next morning, you don't remember talking to them, because you were both drunk, and wanting to warm up again.

(at least, that's what I imagine would happen)
