On the other end of the not-doing curve, I find that I am much more receptive to the path of least resistance when I'm really tired. For example, the other night I was driving back from a fishing trip on 20-odd miles of rocky, pot-holed, 15-mph Forest Service road. I spent a lot of energy on the trip in trying to steer between potholes and rocks. On the trip out, I was just too tired to think about it. I just did it...and the ride was a lot smoother.
