I was recently told by a salesman at a ski shop that they have had problems with edge failures on their fleet of Metrons. According to this fellow, due to the sloped shoulder of the Metron, the edges are prone to serious impact damage, that it doesn't take much of a knock to impact it. Has anyone else found this to be the case? Are Metrons particularly prone to edge failure?
