????

.

I yam a fan ...but I ain't a fool ...

take a look at their record of "streaks" ... won ten straight followed by 16 of 18 .... followed by losing nine of the next ten!

Even big Joe doen't share you optimism.

amazing to consider

... with the Yankees underwhelming season, they're only two games behind Boston right now.

Three of those wins were against the Pirates, wow, and that only because of a bad call on what should have been a game ending double play. Wait a minute, both teams are playing around 500 ball so the Yankees spend way more money to be a mediocre team.

At least the Buccos took one of off the World Champs, a shut out too.

MLB SUCKS! American League sucks the most.

You're right...I can hardly wait for football to start so I can enjoy the inevitable march of the Steelers to the Super Bowl......

bwwwwhahahahahahahahahaha

Oh, what a wit. I can't match that so I'll just bow out now.

See you in the Super Bowl.

Big Unit was Big Disappointment in last start. Nice tear dropping 2 of 3 to Devil Rays. Coulda been 3 of 3 if not for that HUGE inning to come from behind (and that was a huge inning.)

Make that 3 of 4. And as far as football...my preseason pick would have to be the team that won the last 3 out of 4...Super Bowls that is.

And a loss to Pedro in game 1 of the Mets series AT the stadium last nite. Who's your daddy?
And the Sox in first place, the O's fading, Yankees still barely over .500.

But wait, Curt Schilling will be coming back, then the Sox will have a proven starter

Oh, Manny's getting hot, Ortiz is incredible, Damon tops in all kinds of categories, Renteria soon to be even hotter, then the lightweights, ya know - Varitek, Nixon, Mueller. An outfield backup player who would be a starter anywhere else. The best backup catcher in the league. This team is going places.

Yankees have A-Rod, Jeter, Sheffield then what?

The Yankees are proving that a team has to be a TEAM, not a bunch of individuals.

Think it was you that said a while ago that it's a long season, see you in October.

Yanks will NOT make the playoffs. Not more to say until then. I'll be at the game October 1st, Yanks vs. Sox laughing at the losers who who'll just be playing out the string at that point.

THE CURSE OF A ROD WILL BE UPON YOU!

How's that pitching staff holding up? I heard Schilling and Foulke are hanging out at Kevin Brown's house.

Looks like Giambi is back on the juice again.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Yup, you got me. I resisted for a couple of months, but finally gave in to the temptation to talk smack with ya again

Funny I always hate your calling us Chowda Heads more than the Yankees vs. Sox thing, but I found that Choke graphic on http://www.chowdaheadz.com - so I guess I shouldn't mind the term, eh?

(BTW I was born in Manhattan, high school on Long Island, but was a Tom Seaver era Mets fan.)

See you in October.

eat dust bo sox

Actually, they will be eating Manhattan style (Bronx) chowder in Boston tonight!

"The Chef" just filled their bowls .... served with a side of crow!

The division and wild card race is tightening. Amazing to think that a slump by either the Yankees or Red Sox may send one of the teams to the showers early this season.
