A couple of resident instructors on this forum have put together a website to help those that are looking for better ways to ski. There are some key things you can do to get through a day of skiing without needing as many aspirins or as long a soak in the hot tub afterwards. The site is called "skier alignment" and is focussed on how different parts of the body align to one another while we ski. There are efficient ways, and there are non-efficient ways. Take a look for yourselves, it is coming along nicely. It does get a bit technical here and there, but there is something there for everybody.

Final designs for the "ski skeletally" t shirts are done and proceeds from those shirts will go to an organization that helps kids with cancer. check out the website for more details!

I hope you are all transitioning into the off season without too much withdrawl!

Think snow, its only about 4 or 5 months away!!!
