Dynastar, if I remember well (I was in the factory), is in Sallanches in the French Alps.
Rossignol Spain has been established as early as 1970 (at least the decision dates 1970) to mass produce lower-end skis derived from the former top Strato model.
As has been said, the situation changes constantly and what was true a few years back might be different now.
There were skis of many brands (formerly mostly XC, now also alpine) made in the Czech Sporten factory (an example I remember: at a time all XC Elan skis, or one type of childrens Stockli skis).
Up to two years ago there were about 100,000 (am not sure anymore) pairs made for Head.
Now the ZAG freeride skis are made there.
There is a fairly new Head factory in the Czech Republic near the Austrian border (keep cool, guys, lower end skis only
Atomic is also made in Bulgaria, Fischer has been in the Ukraine for at least 20 years.
There are some more:
Scott made in the Blizzard factory.
Dynamics and even Volants (?) made in Austria.
Long ago, (some) Yamaha skis were made somewhere in Europe.
Ogasaka = ?
Etc. etc., new contracts have been made and will be made.
