I did a bad thing

I went into a ski store just in case they had any good deals, and walked out with a pair of 165 cm Fischer WC SCs. I haven't even demoed them: . They seemed soft enough; they have a 13 m radius. they were only $465 Canadian with bindings installed!

What could I do?

Oh, BTW, Jay at Cupulo's said if I really hated them after the first day out on 'em I could exchange 'em, but I think I'm going to like them.

Its stories like this that make me happy Cupolo's was banned from eBay (or I'd be the one telling the story.)

I didn't know that. What brought upon the ban?

Let's not get started on this topic again, please!!!!!

If you're interested, do the research. It's all there.

Oh Yea it's all there. Maybe you could ask Scalace about his trials with them.

Well, had I known there was THAT much material I never would have asked in the first place! Don't worry about it, I'm not going to open up that can of worms.

I did the same thing with my Metron 11's last year. Saw em, bought em, love em. And that was before they became a big deal. I was lucky enough to get in on the bottom floor of the Metron Revolution.

I also did this with my Elan M666's this year. The whole shebang with tax was less than $450 and there was only one pair, so I jumped. I couldn't be happier.

As I don't have any southern trips on the calendar, I guess I'll have to wait until the snow flys again. November?

I have to thank (I think) all the posters who have talked about this ski. I might also mention that I did demo a variety of other skis and that the characteristics I was looking for seem to be accredited to this ski.

Same deal with my SL:11.12s last year, $420 with bindings, new in wrapper, unmounted. Best ski ever owned.
