how do I feel?

nasty and hating everyone? Dennis Miller.

confident in my values, concerned about the future, but still a good sense of humor? Jon Stewart.

I think Stewart is vastly more positive and beneficial to our American culture.

Dennis Miller is a shill.

Who is this Dennis Stewart guy?

a car racer from Scotland, I think. ABC used to use him for motorsports. used to wear the Tam O'Shanter while commenting, he did.

Lets see, a comedian (Saturday Night Live) briefly turned sports commentator, now with a conservative/libertarian leaning talk show on CNBC, or a comedian with serious ambitions to be a talk show host on Comedy Central. They both appeared together discussing the new pope and hardly talked politics at all. So I won't either. Miller in an avalanche.

Sorry, no SUV. Sold it 3-years ago. Like always, ahead of the trend
You might recall all those ski pics this year in front of a modest green Subaru Legacy GT? As to gluttony, perhaps. I don't feel too guilty as I generously subsidize many others with a federal tax libility this year of nearly $30k, not including the 13,500 paid to FICA plus state, local etc. If the government would get its hands out of my pockets to the tune of over 50% I might be as compassionate as you. As is, I have to pay the bills.

See you in the supporter's lounge. when this thread is moved
BTW FLAWED! I don't think either one of these guys can ski. The entertainment value goes up after we reach the top of the lift. Considering that possibility, who would you rather SKI with? Tree run anyone?

What's this have to do with skiing?

More of an enigma. A fiscal conservative who is a self employed environmental consultant. And while I am a social "tolerant", I am NOT in the closet: I only drive the wife's subbie on snow days. Maxima when no chain controls are up. Not sure what political persuasion Nissan Maxie is. I used to drive a Yukon and a 3/4 ton GMC Sierra, so I'm still adjusting to a lower angle view of my world. Maybe that gives me greater liberal empathy?
