Rossi 9S Oversize Mount Markings

On the mounting holes for this ski, the left hole is labeled with a number and the right hole with a higher number - eg 281,290, next set of holes is 291, 300. Am I right in assuming the back screws should go in the holes labeled for the boot size - a 315 boot in the 311-320 screws?

Also is there rule of thumb for forward pressure? About how much clearance between the back of the boot and the back wings when stepping in. I'll get the bindings checked before I use them, but I want to get them dialed in as much as possible.

Thanks.

Just to answer my own question for future reference - the rails are mounted so the appropiate screws go in the holes marked with the range of the sole of the boot. With the boot in, set the forward pressure so the top of the screw is flush with the plastic - It is about where the back of the boot is not quite touching the back edge of the wings of the back binding.

This advice applies to Look/Dynastar bindings as welll.

Although, always get them checked before you ski on them.
