Disski never skied with Diana, it was an e-mail exchange.
We have just found out what I was trying to determine with my earlier post. I think the previous posts tell us what happened; Disski has never skied with HSS systems or Diana.
I called HSS and talked with Diana. Part of the blame has to go to Disski for mis-representing Diana.
Diana recognized this was a special case. She didn’t want Disski to get into something that didn’t fulfill her needs. It seems Disski has some disabilities that require special care. This is a special case that doesn’t fit into a regular camp situation. This doesn't mean that after an assesment session Disski couldn't ski in a camp situation.
Remember when you investigate you get both sides of the story. Diana was trying to find the best situation for Disski. It turned out the expense was the issue.
It turns out that Diana offered to do a private assessment and evaluate the situation, but that didn’t fit into Disski’s box. Too expensive, so it comes down to money. So Disski went out to get free advice instead.
There is no problem with not wanting to pay for a service, but it does not give someone the right to make ridicules accusations about Diana’s abilities as a coach or accuse PMTS of not providing a complete program.
Skier J, you got caught red handed, oh, how out of line were you? You are one of the band ready to jump all over PMTS and HH teaching systems as soon as you see the slightest opening or opportunity, you are so ready to pounce. Everyone here sees through your bias. It’s not my aim to point out your bias, just don’t be so obvious when exposing it.
Your impetuousness got you in over your head, you acted like the persecutor, jury and executioner. Who is being honest and scientific?
You trashed PMTS and HH’s organization on the bases of a mis-communication over the internet. I’m really impressed by you thoroughness and arguments.
Jump all over a valid professional organization without understanding the situation or asking questions, don’t rely on facts or information.
A little hostility?
Don’t worry your hostility toward PMTS does not change facts, they provide a successful complete program, but it does tell me who you are.
