i demoed some 2006 salomon s labs last weekend. Granted i didnt have any shims under the bindings, they felt like the most squirrely ride i have ever been on. I tried out some other skis too to see if it was my shims throwing them off but it wasnt. They were wicked, too soft, unstable. I would like to chat with someone who likes them and and try and figure out why i hated them so much. I am 6 foot 3, 200 lbs and 17 years old. maybe that has somthing to do with it, an aquired taste for lighter skiiers? I liked the atomic SL9's better and they shouldn compare to a race stock ski.
