Just a brief list for you to look into:
Atomic SX:10 as mentioned above
Atomic SX:11 - slightly more demanding, and less versatile, but an awesome ride on steep hardpack/groomers.
Head i.XRC 1100 SW (note, this is going to be the 1200 next year) - similar to the SX:11, but a little more versatile, but equally awesome at speed on hardpack
Atomic GS:11 - if all you're doing is skiing hardpack and groomers fast, get this. Awesome ride, but not a lot of fun if you want to take it anywhere else (it can be done, just not that great).
You might also want to consider something like a slalom ski.
Atomic SL:9 in 170cm - lots of fun, very turny. Can't quite get the same speeds as a GS ski, but does any turnshape you want, no problem
Atomic SL:11 in 165 - stiffer than above, more of a real race ski rather than a recreational slalom. Longer radius than the 9, but easier to get higher speeds in big turns.
Rossignol 9S Oversize in 165 - don't have much experience on this ski, but its lots of fun, great in small turns, but also good for longer turns
Head i.SL Chip in 165 - similar to the above ones, very turny, but capable of larger radius turns. This one might also be better in choppier conditions and bumps.
Hope that helps somewhat.
