I am a 61 yr old level 7+ skier but I generally avoid moguls and deep powder these days. I am looking to buy new skis to replace my 1999 Dynastar ATV 4x4s (107-70-92, 186 cm) which were a slightly softer version of the Powertrac. These are wonderful all-mountain skis which carve readily and are rock-stable in crud. I am looking for new skis which are lighter, shorter, and carve even shorter turns but are stable in crud. Just looking at specs, some possibilities seem to include Head iM 70, Head Cyber iC 180, Fisher Rx8, Dynastar OmneCarve 10, and Dynastar 4800. Can anyone give me some advice?
