Agree with comprex, lostboy, and L7. I have been skiing in flexons (the 20th anniversary model with thermoflex liners) for 4 years. I have very narrow low volume feet, narrow calves. These are the first boots I have owned that fit correctly. I am a size 9B street shoe and am in size 26 mondopoint flexons(I think). Jeff B made new footbeds and canted and adjusted the boots last season and they are better than ever. I have not found that there is much packing out in these with the thermoflex liner. I bought an extra pair last season, but have not found the need to use them yet (probably >100 days in the boots). I would suspect an initial fitting or liner molding problem. I just cannot imagine anyone finding these too loose if they were properly fit.
