I don't do well with repetitive mantras but I do flash through a couple of things when I'm skiing:
suck 'em back!
let them float in the transition.
move forward towards the tips.
feel the pressure build -- don't force it. When I start to feel like my boots are sloppy I know I'm not skiing from the bottoms of my feet so I try to relax, get over them and let the turn create the pressure.
and randomly to see whether I'm stacked or not I check to see if I can step off or step foot to foot at random points in the turn. I'll also rotate my femurs to see if I can flatten the skis and keep slipping in the direction of travel.
oh, and today I had no problem remembering to squeal "wheeeeeee!" every few turns and under every lift line. It was a beautiful powder day here in the northeast.
