I had some right knee pain and I went to the orthopedic surgeon who did such a good job on my left miniscus tear (which is totally healed as good as new). Looks like you have a matched set, is what he said. He knows my obsessive habits so he gave me a brace and told me to call him after ski season. The brace helps a lot. Walking is a little limpy at times but skiing isn't bad. I had some pains in my legs. One thing that really helped was having the ramp angle on the plastic thing under your ski boot liner (sorry I don't know the technical terms) filed down by our local boot ghuru. (Erik Beckman at Sugarloaf) I also ice it after skiing. Any advice for getting through the next few months?
