Soe Elbows

Thread Starter
After a ski week out west or weekend skiing here my knees , legs, and back are all thankfully pain free and fine. Monday morning I have sore elbows. Apparently the timing touch pole plant is lost on me. The only thing I can think I must be doing with my pole is drilling for oil. Any other explanation for the sore elbows I'm experiencing.

Had this once in the past, it is similar to tennis elbow where the ligament is bouncing off of the bone. I bought a tennis elbow guard, on the advice of a doctor, and wore it for the rest of the season and the pain subsided.
