It was sunapee's $52 price that ruled it out, but if its gonna be hott (or snowy) then i might suck it up
ps. I meant to say "they might not be the best terrain wise..." Edited the original now
pps. i was hoping to demo some rx8's at gunstock's yurt thinger
Friday probably won't be as bad crowd wise at Gunstock. And, I hear you on the price of Sunapee. It's pretty up there. But probably more fun. If you really want the RX8s, you know they will have them, so that's a plus at Gunstock. If you go, post back regarding the crowd. My suggestion is to stick to the right side of the mountain on Red Hat or Flintlock Extension, they were fairly open last Saturday.
Thursday could be some difficult driving, though. If you wait until Friday, you will know who got the most snow.
Ice Queen, YIKES! Though not surprising. Last weekend there were just too many people on the mountain. And on those narrow trails with so many novices, there was no where to go. High speeds were dangerous.
