It's pretty hard and slick right now. The groomers are very good, but they're kind of the only game in town so there's quite a bit of high-speed traffic on them. Off-piste really, really depends on what the sun is doing. Today, we had high, thin clouds all day and nothing really ever softened up. If we get a sunny day, much of the south-facing stuff has been getting kind of fun early in the afternoon (and miserable early in the morning).
The skiing is good and everyone seems to be having fun, but we definitely need a new shot of snow. I've skied the same mashed-down, corduroyed-up snow molecules a few too many times in the last few days.
