Thanks for the comments, everyone! We will get a new capture, but I won't do it, since I no longer have the tape. That said, I want to go through these comments later when I have more time, but I'd like to make a few comments now.
First, this is a quite steep pitch. I do not think that it's possible to engage the edge much before the fall line on this slope. Second, I was specifically playing with inside leg extension and a bit of a "Billy Goat" turn during this run, which is the source of some of what I think a number of you are seeing (I was asked to work on extending my hips into the new turn during the course of the ESA, so I was exaggerating that move during this run, too). At about 30 seconds, the slope is reduced which you can see by the edge angle and a smoother release, I think. Does that impact any of your assessment?
It looks to me as though I'm rolling both skis simultaneously, and releasing them together. However, I may not be understanding the definition correctly. It seems that around the 20 second point (still on the steep section), I am rolling the skis from edge to edge progressively. Again, though, I may misunderstand.
lshull, you're the third person to suggest checking my alignment, so I guess I had better do that. I did have my boots balanced by Jeff Bergeron last year, but perhaps he missed something. I was hoping to avoid the expense right now!
