Romantic Dinner in SLC

I have decided to lurk no more. My wife and I are taking our first "couple" vacation since our son was born and we are heading to SLC in late Feb. I was wondering if any of you uber-knowledgeable Utah folks had an recommendations of a quiet, romantic dinner spot I could take her. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This place is right at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Sandy. It is faily expensive, but the most romatic place we have found in SLC after going there for the last 20 years. I'm sure that some locals may have some other recommendations.

La Caille At Quail Run
9565 S Wasatch Blvd
Salt Lake City, UT

If you're going to be in the Park City area, I recommend the fireside dining experience at Empire Canyon in Deer Valley. It was romantic and interesting, my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Keep in mind, they only do it on Tuesdays & Wednesdays though.

Hope you get to try it!

Thanks both of you. We are staying in Sandy, so I will definitely look into La Caille. Unfortunately, we are going to be there Thursday through Sunday, but thanks for the recommendation SkiChick

All the choices above are excellent. You might also want to look into doing the Yurt dinner at Solitude. not as romantic as the others. but it is very good and diffrent snowshoesing or cross counry skiing in the the snow to a Yurt deep in an evergree forest.

I took Bill's suggestion on this one and took my wife to Tuscany last night for an early Valentine's dinner. This was a fantastic restaurant and very inexpensive for the quality level.
