Taos got big dumps giving it great coverage, but it has been over 50 degrees in town the last week (obviously colder on the mountain). The base went from 81" to 65" in 3 days, which was all the new snow settling and getting cooked. The skiing was excellent through this last weekend, but once it gets that warm it needs to either keep getting that warm (or snow enough to cover everything), or you will be skiing frozen doorknobs on most of the mountain. The tempuratures are supposed to drop later this week, and there is possiblity of some snow. As long as it doesn't get cold and not snow, you should have some good skiing.
