Jamesdeluxe and I skied a bit in Quebec City over MLK weekend.

Nice guy and a pretty good skier. His french was quite good as well which was helpful.

I look forward to meeting more of you freaks at ESA.

Long history there, but you probably know by now!

Cool isn't it. It is amazing how small the world is getting. We started a whole Miata club with 50 or so active members just from talking on the net.

WOW!!! A liberal and a conservative skiing side by side in Quebec! How quaint!
Seriously, glad you folks had a chance to meet up!

I refuse to close the door on a 2005 NM trip. The trick is sneaking away for four days without a very pregnant wife finding out.

If I'm still financially solvent after KH, the third week of March would be a great time to go.

Every ski day I had this year was with another Bear...Sad, I know.

Skied with James and a few other Americans from one of those "other forums" last week. All good guys, great fun and to my surprise James didn't even break anything.
Politics were like my skiing, they took the backseat.

It seems that James had been overdoing it with the magnesium tablets and had to make a dash (almost two runs in one). James was in a hurry, people saw him ski, heard his American accent and noticed his ski helmet. He must of been shifting a bit as they even asked for his autograph and called him "Bode" or something

Yep, had a great Sunday chasing powder and avoiding rocks at Rendl with DB, Epic, and Sheik Schneider Silk.

Nothing feels quite as appropriate as sitting down with a pleasant British gentleman to a late afternoon beer in an Austrian cow barn while "99 Luftballons" pounds in the background.

Hey xdog....

Since this- xdog has probably gotten his fill of Bears... He attended the ESA3 in Big Sky... !

No better place to meet a few of your kind, eh?

Keep on "turning" them, xdog! It was a pleasure and a lot of fun to ski with you!

Yes, I've certainly met a pretty good cross section of EpicSki folks at this point.

Pretty good bunch, it seems.

I met my first Bear today. Fine young lady and instructor at Jiminy. Took a few runs together. Great technician, had a great talk and the best powder of the season.

I wondered where the bears go. It was a pleasure.

I wasn't sure if I should say. Maybe like me she was on her coffee break and was not to be out in the fluff. I spent most of the day skiing the FallLine.

can I please rephrase that to "skiing with FallLine"? And yes I had official permission to be rippin it up on most of the trails I skied today. The others I had to venture down to chase the guys in front of me...: What an office!
